What is the status of my order?
The Estimated Shipping Date is listed in your order confirmation email. You can also view it by logging into your account.
You'll automatically receive an email with tracking information when it ships. If you don't receive it by the day after your order's estimated shipping date, please check your spam/junk folder.
Personalization & Graphics
How do you imprint products?
We utilize a variety of imprinting methods. Please see our Imprint Methods page for more information.
What logos/graphics can I have printed?
When uploading a file, a high resolution version of your logo/graphic will work best.
You must have the rights to any trademarked images (sorry, we do not have licenses to imprint trademarked professional or college logos, cartoons, etc).
We are NOT able to imprint photographs.
While we are happy to provide a service that allows customers to personalize items for themselves and others, some content is not consistent with our company or the manufacturer brand standards. See Personalization Guidelines
I uploaded a graphic, what happens next?
Once you place your order with an uploaded graphic/logo, our team will email you a digital proof for approval in 1-4 business days. We cannot move your order to production until you approve the proof.
Orders with a monogram or Design Your Own (using our online design tool) are not emailed a proof since a visual representation is provided during the design process.

How long does personalization take?
The estimated shipping date is listed on each product page.
This is the date the order is expected to ship/leave our facility.
The delivery date will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Do you offer rush production?
On qualified orders, Rush Production is available during the checkout process for most orders of 50 or less items. Rush orders are typically shipped in 1-3 business days following approval of the order. An updated date will be displayed when selecting Rush during checkout.
Please contact us if you need to rush an order of more than 50 items.
Is there a proof charge per item?
The proof charge is currently waived for all orders.
When uploading a graphic, a $10 flat proof charge applies per uploaded graphics file (not per item). This fee is waived for 5 or more identical items. If ordering different colors or products with the same graphic, our system is not smart enough to know the file is the same. For the additional items, select "No" for the "Is This a New Graphic File?" option.
Do you charge sales tax?
In 2018, the Supreme Court ruled states are now free to pursue sales tax from eCommerce businesses. We're required to collect sales taxes in these states. When you start the checkout processt, you can enter the shipping zip code and see if taxes are collected in the state your order is shipping to.
If you're tax exempt in a state where we're required to collect sales taxes, please complete a sales tax exemption form.
How do I request a quote?
Our pricing, including bulk pricing for most quantities, is available on each product page.
The fastest way to get a quote is to add the product, with options selected, to your cart. In your cart, you can see shipping options.
We do not have any setup charges.
Please contact us if you need more than 1,000 pieces or have a special request.
How do I reorder?
To reorder with the same artwork, simply use the reorder option online.
- Go to the product page of the item you want to order (can be different than what was previously ordered as we'll adjust the proof)
- Select the desired color/size (if applicable)
- Select Reorder under the Design Type options
- Enter the prior order number
- Click the Add to Cart Button
Once we receive your order, we'll email a proof for verification within 1-3 business days. Your order will not be moved to production until you approve the proof so please keep an eye out for it.
Do you offer split shipping?
We can ship your items to a mailing list you provide. There is a charge per package plus the actual shipping cost. All packages are shipped using our negotiated UPS rates. There is a minimum of 12 products for split shipping.
Please contact us for help with a split ship order.
We are able to include a note/card/insert in each shipment. You will need to send us physical inserts, we are not able to print beyond a message on the packing slip. All inserts must be identical, we are not able to match individual inserts with individual shipments.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders require prepayment prior to production.
We accept credit card, ApplePay, and GooglePay payments for all online orders.
We can accept corporate checks for bulk orders. The order will not be started until the check has cleared.
Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the USA and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International recipients are responsible for any duties, tariffs, and/or taxes.
Can you exclude the packing slip?
We are not able to exclude the packing slip on shipments. The packing slip does not contain any pricing information.
