We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and would excel at quickly preparing items for our production team and shipping customer orders. An eye for detail is critical as part of our shipping processes to ensure products are correctly personalized and match the order.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Unpacking of product
  • Ensure correct item and quantity was pulled by the warehouse staff.
  • Unpack a variety of drinkware items for laser and UV production.
  • Remove all exterior labels.
  • Remove and organize all interior product collateral.
• Production Preparation
  • Flame treat all UV items.
  • Hand prime all UV items.
• Shipping and QA processes
  • Clean and inspect finished products, ensure quality meets standards.
  • Verify finished products match order.
  • Re-pack with the correct internal marketing collateral.
  • Prepare order for shipment & ship order.

Requirements:

• Self-starter who cares about doing the job well
• Not turned-off by repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Strong organizational skills; ability to keep things organized
• Ability to multi-task and work with other team members to accomplish a common goal
• Responsible, with a proven track record of dependability
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Bonus points for:

• Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software
