We're required to charge sales tax for shipments to various states.

If you're tax exempt, we can create a tax exempt account for you.

2) Complete the form on the right with the email address you used to create the account.

Attached a completed Uniform Tax Exempt/Resale form (see below for correct form).

All States Except Below

• Indiana
• Massachusetts Exempt Purchaser
• Massachusetts Resale
• New York Exempt Purchaser
• New York Resale
• Virginia

3) We'll review your documentation and email when you account is setup as sales tax exempt.
